Joseph Bernecky Obituary

Of Buffalo, NY, entered into rest January 22, 2003. Beloved husband of Ann C. (MacIver) Bernecky; devoted father of Nancy (Ronald) Setzer, Robert, Jean (Thomas Jr.) Hess, and Thomas; cherished grandfather of Craig and David Bleekman, Jennifer Guindon, Catherine and Andrew Hess; honorary grandfather of Tomoko Watanabe; loving son of the late Simon T. and Martha P. (nee Krukowska) Bernecky; dear brother of William, Elizabeth (John) Ciezobka, Anne (late Joseph) Zedack, John (June); predeceased by three brothers and three sisters; also survived by relatives and friends. No prior visitation. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 8 in First Presbyterian Church, One Symphony Circle, Buffalo, at 1 o'clock. Arrangements by LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (City Chapel). Mr. Bernecky was an Army veteran of WW II. Flowers gratefully declined.
