I was fortunate to work with Joe in City Hall and on community activities in our Neighborhoods. Always articulate with a great personality, he was fun to be around. He will be missed by many westsiders and people who knew him. My condolences to his family and many friends.

Sending the entire Tomasulo family my condolences for your loss. I was lucky to meet Joe a few times and found him to be such a nice, happy man which just makes the loss that much harder. Sending prayers of strength.

Really sad that Joe has passed on. He's the guy that I thought would live forever. I worked with him for many years at City Hall. He always bought a Christmas gift for me. So sweet. I will miss you, "Joe Tee."
