Age 78; beloved wife of 56 years to Dr. John J. Dantonio; loving mother of Dr. John X. Sr. (Dana), Dr. Christopher (Michelle), and Mark (Jennifer); cherished grandmother of Chelsea, John X. Jr., Marissa, Samuel, Tyler, and Jacob; dearest sister of the late Angelo (late Diane) Maccalupo and Carl (late Joan) Maccalupo; also survived by nieces and nephews. The family will be present Monday from 3-7 PM at the Urban-AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, 1024 French Rd., (near Borden Rd.), where Prayers will be held Tuesday at 8:45 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at St. Gabriel Church, at 9:30 AM. Entombment to follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Share condolences at www.AMIGONE.com.

I am so sad to hear of Judy´s passing. When I had the pleasure to be around her I always enjoyed her company and our conversations. There was nothing on this earth more important to her than her family. She truly built a bond within all of you that is absolutely priceless. I admire families like yours and the safety you provide each other with. There is no doubt that Mrs Dantonio was the glue and will be missed terribly.

To the Dantonia family. I was saddened to hear of Judy's passing. Judy and I attended St. William's grade school and Mount Mercy High School. I remember us riding the school bus everyday from our Winchester neighborhood to Mount Mercy. Those were great times. I have nothing but good memories of our school days. May she rest in peace.

We are so sorry for your loss. Judy loved all her family get togethers. I remember one Christmas when Judy was roasting her traditional chestnuts. She got busy visiting and forgot about them. Of course, when she remembered they were totally burnt. Next year one of her gifts was a timer.
This is just one small memory as there were many more. Our love, prayers and thoughts are with you all.
