HIRTREITER - Kerry R. "Mouse"
Passed peacefully at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center on July 27, 2022, after a brief second battle with cancer. He had previously amazed everyone with his recovery and positive attitude after his first life-altering surgery in 2017. Kerry is survived by the love of his life, Jackie Hirtreiter (Beitz); his daughter, Ann Marie Behm; son-in-law, Nick Behm; grandson, Justin James Behm; his brother, David Hirtreiter; brother, John Hirtreiter; sister-in-law, Ave Hirtreiter; and sister, Joanne Weaver (Hirtreiter). He is also survived by nieces and nephews. Kerry was first a very loving husband and father, and secondly known for his kindness and compassion and was always a "helper" to everyone he met. He was the type of guy that would give the shirt off of his back for someone in need. Kerry was a musician and an amazing artist, with the ability to paint on any surface. He was known for his murals, custom car and motorcycle airbrushing. Among his favorite works was a piece he created to adorn a helicopter honoring veterans. He was always looking for the next blank canvas. A Celebration of his Life will be held on Saturday, August 6, 2022 from 2-6 PM at Leisurewood Campground at the first pavilion, 5720 Cummings Road, Akron, NY 14001. Arrangements by:
