Kevin DEVINE Obituary
October 10, 2020. Beloved husband of Lori (nee Schulenberg) Devine; dearest brother of Timothy Devine, Patrick (Eileen) and the late Maureen Devine; devoted son of the late Richard and Margaret (nee Hurley) Devine; also survived by nieces and nephews. No prior visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 9:30 AM at Christ the King Church, 30 Lamarck Dr., Snyder, NY, where facial coverings and social distancing are required for Mass. Arrangements by the DIETRICH FUNERAL HOME, INC. Flowers gratefully declined. Memorials may be made to Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center. Kevin's passing has really saddened me. My condolences to all family members and friends. He was the first friend I met when our family moved to the neighborhood, we were both four years old. He then introduced me to Moe and hours and years of play began. God bless you, Kevin, and keep you, and say hi to Moe.

Lori, Tim and Pat,
I am so very sorry for your loss. I have such fond memories of Kevin and your family throughout highschool and college. He was truly a special person. He was a true friend who's loyalty, kindheartedness, giving soul and humorous spirit were so apparent. I feel fortunate to have known him and have been able to keep in touch over the years. I feel blessed to have talked to him over the summer and to have felt his positive nature inspite of the courageous battle he was facing. I wish him peace in heaven with his Mom, Dad and Moe ! I wish you all much love and sympathy at this difficult time.

My condolences to the family. May he find peace in heaven. Kevin and I were friends from middleschool on but as happens all too often life gets in the way and we lost touch. I was fortunate to speak to him a short time ago and although he was ill we had a nice conversation. Rest in peace friend.

Dear Pat and Eileen,
We are so sorry to hear of the loss of your brother (brother in law) and Quinn and Ethan's Uncle Kevin. It was a hard journey for him and now he at peace with God. We hope that this thought will give you comfort.

I am deeply saddened by Kevin's passing. My sincere condolences to Kevin's family. Kevin I were alter boys together at Christ the King church and attended grade school at Christ the King.
As so many times happens, losing touch with your childhood friends becomes magnified with sorrow when one is called home. I ran into Kevin about ten years ago and we shook hands and spoke for about twenty minutes like we had seen each other just a day ago. The sad thing is, it had been thirty years since we last spoke face to face. Even though so much time had passed, Kevin was the same person I had known all my life. Kevin was warm, friendly, kind, unassuming and humble. Kevin will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Dan Drozda
