Age 90, of Lake Worth, Florida, formerly of Buffalo and Amherst, New York, passed away September 26, 2022. Leo was the President and owner of New Swan Ramp, Inc. Friends will be received at Scobee-Combs-Bowden Funeral Home, 599 N.E. 15th Ave., Boynton Beach, FL, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, October 4, 2022. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, October 5, 2022, at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, Boynton Beach.
