Dear Heigl and Engelhardt families,
We are so sorry to hear about the loss of your mother and grandmother. Even though we never had the opportunity to meet Margaret we are sure she was an amazing woman, and that her family is an example of her strength and compassion towards people and all animals large and small. May God bless and comfort you during this difficult time.

John and Nancy ~ I am so sorry for your loss. It is a big loss for us at Bassett Manor as well. It did not take many of us long to fall in love with Jane. I only wish I had known her longer. I spent some wonderful time with her & great talks - she loved her family.
