September 25, 2022, of Williamsville, NY, age 92. Beloved wife of the late Peter M. Marinaccio. Devoted mother of Carmine Marinaccio, Louis (late Julie) Marinaccio and Susan Marie (late Nicholas) Gentile. Cherished family members of Donna and Daniel Curry. Loving daughter of the late Giovanni and Assunta (nee Tiburzzi) Gatti. Dear sister-in-law of Eleanor (late John) Marinaccio. Also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Friday from 4-8:30 PM at the (Amherst Chapel) AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 5200 Sheridan Drive (corner of Hopkins Rd.), where prayers will be said on Saturday at 9:15 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in S.s. Peter & Paul Church, Williamsville at 10 AM Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. While raising her children she worked as a seamstress and designed clothing. Maria opened her home and heart to many people and had a operatic voice and when she retired she used this talent to entertain and comfort residents in nursing homes across WNY. The family extends their heartfelt thanks to the Brothers of Mercy, Julie, Kris, Kingsley, Tara, Valerie and many caring people. Flowers gratefully declined.
