August 26, 2019. Beloved husband of 47 years of Carolyn M. Farrell (nee Dachs); dearest father of Lara M. (Matthew) Hitchcock, Kristen A. (Matthew) Bonavita and Melissa G. (Christopher) Swank; grandfather of Colten, Oliver, Charlie, Kayleigh, Ellie and Teagan. Friends may call Friday 2-5 and 6-8 PM at the Dengler, Roberts, Perna Funeral Home, 8630 Transit Rd., E. Amherst (1 mile north of Maple Rd., just past Klein Rd.). Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial from St. Joseph University RC Church, 3269 Main St., Buffalo, Saturday at 10 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of the Honorable Mark G. We were in the same ROTC detachment as Mark and members of Arnold Air Society - a military fraternity. Two years ahead of my class, Mark was an exceptional mentor, leader, and friend. His passing brings sadness to all who served with him!!

To the Mark Farrell Family ; Mark and I have been friends for many years both personally and in the courtroom. He was a decent person , a great lawyer and marvelous judge . Dear Family, Mark was a remarkable Judge, Attorney and fun when he attended Bills games with Bill Regan and myself. The Drug Courts he founded in WNY were legendary.

To the family of Mark, My husband and I were blessed to have him in our lives. I worked with Mark in Veterans Court and he ended up proving me innocent. During our chats he would talk about his beautiful wife and then the gleam would appear when he talked about his grandchildren and children. Mark helped us out of a very dark hole and I will pray for him and his family for the rest of my life. Rest in peace my friend.
