It almost feel like I can talk to you throw this page, and after today it will be gone. It will not be the same without you here with us. You will never be forgotten. Love is forever and our love for you is just that. The family misses you dearly, but we are their for each other. Everyday is devoted to talking about you, and that's what keeps us alive. You will always be loved and missed.
I saw an angel in you long
before God gave you your
wings. Love always forever

Everyday my heart aches because I wish you were still here with us. I look forward to you walking through that door everyday saying, Mom, I'm home. I know that will never happen again. I really can't begin to explain how I feel inside because apart of me, (YOU) are gone. I sit back often and ponder as to why you didn't call me for help that night, I was always there for you my baby girl, but life has a way of taking us from our six sense leaving us senseless, when it is trying to tell us when things just are not right. I love you so much and as you look down on us from heaven, because I know that is where you are,you will often see me crying because I will be wishing you were here. I am so happy we had a chance to give a Happy New Years shout out to one another and who would have thought that it would be our last time we would speak. We did get to tell each other we loved each other, which I am so thankful for, but just know my sweet daughter, you will always be missed, loved and your death will not be in vain. I will not rest a bone in my body until I find out who took you away from your family and friends. Until we see each other again I'm loving you and missing you forver.
Your Mom.

To the Loved ones of Marqiuta A. Akin

Words cannot express our pain nor the loss that we all are suffering at this present time. A great young lady, with more than enough potential to do whatever she was called to do, presently resting in Jesus. It is not Gods’ will that we kill each other, but it appears to be happening more & more as that day draws near. This world is not our home. The bibles reads in John 10:10, “The devil comes to kill, to steal & to destroy, but I (God) comes to give life more abundantly.” As we have many questions, that need answers, while trying to put together the pieces to this broken puzzle, we asked the biggest questions WHO & WHY?

All we can do at this point is remember the good times we shared with Marquita (Wobbie), & that will keep smiles to our faces, & joy in our hearts. That is, until we see her again on the other side. God said, in his house are many rooms, (anyone who knew Marquita, knows how she was about her room), now she’s in her room looking down on us, while waiting patiently for us to join her someday.

Tray, we started off as little girlz, & now we are mature women in Christ. Together through out the years we created a strong, loving relationship that turned into a bond, which formed sisterhood. We are sistas for life. I am here for you whenever you need me, no matter the time, day or night. Proverbs 17:17 read, “ friends LOVE through all kinds of weather, & families stick together in all kinds of trouble. Proverbs 18:24 reads, “Friends come & friends go, but a true friend stick by you like family. Our friendship has been maturing/growing for so long, the roots made us family.

So as we continue to embrace each other, & depend on Gods to grant us enough strength to make it through each day that lies ahead, there are better days ahead for all of us. He said, anything we ask in his name, he will do.

Gods’ Peace & Good Journey,
Sondra L. King

I PRAY FOR YOU, YOU PRAY FOR ME, I LOVE YOU I NEED YOU TO SURVIVE.

GODS PROMISE

God didn’t promise days without pain,
Laughter without sorrow,
Or sun without rain.

But God did promise strength for the day,
Comfort for the tears, & a light for the way.
And for all who believe in his kingdom above,
He answers their faith with everlasting Love……….

Earth has no sorrow that heaven cannot heal. I lift you and your family up daily before the Lord.I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Please accept my deepest sympathy. My heart just ached when I saw you on TV at your daughters vigil pleading for someone to come forward with any information regarding the suspect. Be not deceived God is not mocked whatsoever a man sowed that shall he also reap.I Love you Tracey and remember there is a Healing Balm in Gilead and His name is Jesus Christ, who not only can but will mend your brokeness.( Read I Cor. 15:51-58).

Who would have believe the broken chain would have started with our family. We love so hard that words can't explain, but my sister love has turned into pain. Her heart is broken, but she still loves. The chain is broken, a link is missing, that will never be put back together again. Until God calls us one by one and then the chain will link again. Love Always your sister Joy

In My Pocket

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

Hope...

Hope is found beyond deaths door,
we are often touched by those who show
courage, and strength beyond their own infirmity,
before a room of scattered echoes
form in mind, death is a part of life
and the memories are are apart of a living style

There's always an unforbidden feeling,
as if you could have done more
but it wont be long until the image is gone..
through its good lucks and good byes.

no more worries, no more tears to cry,
even in death, there's grief but beauty always inside
replacing death as life , as a lesson learned for living and saying goodbye
in this unexpected place and time.

we always wonder and look for answers
and why death has its glory,
yet it leaves an horrific aftermath
some days worse than others

What we gain is more than we could ever possibly loose in a gamble
with life, within yourself, and with the love for others
death hits in its own distinctive way, never undercover

visualize when we are all young, and we all grow to become
older yet frail but saying good bye is the last thing before realizing
death is inevitable and real.......

we will miss you Wob, Samantha
