Mary Saglibene Obituary
Age 56 of 116 Daffodil Dr, Horseheads, NY, formerly of Buffalo, NY passed away on Wednesday January 2, 2002 at home surrounded by her loving family. Ginger was born August 28, 1945 in Buffalo, NY, the daughter of the late Walter and Margaret Wurzer Casheba. She married her husband, Ted Saglibene on September 13, 1969 and they recently celebrated their 32nd wedding anniversary on September 13, 2001. Ginger was the founder and president of Needles & Knots, Inc., Craft and Hobby Shop in the Arnot Mall which she ran from 1980-1993. She was an accounts receiveable specialist at SYSCO Foods in Horseheads, NY for many years. Ginger was a communicant of St. Mary Our Mother Church in Horseheads, NY and a member of the Altar & Rosary Society as well as The Prayer Group. Ginger was pre-deceased by her parents and her granddaughter Macy Louise Parmelee who passed away on November 2, 2000 and Elizabeth Mary Muldoon who passed away on November 11, 2001. Ginger is survived by her loving and devoted husband Ted. She is also survived by her daughters and sons-in-law; Amy (Lewis) Parmelee of Corning, NY and Holly (Michael) Muldoon of Rochester, NY; son Michael L. Saglibene and Stacy Krazinski of Manhattan, NY; grandchildren Madisen Saglibene, Ashley Parmelee, Lewis Parmelee and Chloe Parmelee; brother and sister-in-law Walter 'Buddy' (Barbara) Casheba of Cheektowaga, NY; brother-in-law and sisters-in-law Chris (Michele) Saglibene and Sharyl Caparaso all of Buffalo, NY; several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of caring friends including her dearest friend Fran (Bill) Renowden of Hamburg, NY. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the VAN BUSKIRK-LYNCH FUNERAL HOME, Mill St. & Grand Central Ave., Horseheads, NY of Friday, January 4, 2002 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. A Prayer Service will be held at the Funeral Home on Saturday, January 5, 2002 at 10 AM followed by Mass of Christian Burial in Celebration of Ginger's life at 11 AM in St. Mary Our Mother Church, 816 W.
