Passed away peacefully at home October 10, 2021 at the age of 58. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends and neighbors. Marybeth is survived by her husband Jeffrey, children Dylan (Stephanie) Peterkin and Taylor (Cortney) Peterkin. Along with her granddaughter Rosalie Peterkin and her three favorite grand dogs. MaryBeth is survived by seven siblings. Sandi (Dan) Burkard, Jack (Sue) Kuntz, Jerry (Ruth) Kuntz, Barb (Bud) Plew, Tom Kuntz, Nancy Weber and Steve (Kim) Kuntz. MaryBeth loved gardening, cooking, baking and summer days tanning by the pool. Most of all she loved her family and friends. She enjoyed bringing everyone together every chance she could to create lasting memories filled with love and laughter. MaryBeth was loved and cherished by all. Her smile was contagious as was her laugh. MaryBeth worked as a Registered Nurse at the VA Medical Center in Buffalo retiring in March 2019 after 34 years of service. She enjoyed helping people every day while touching many hearts. You couldn't find a heart bigger than her own. She was looked up to and well respected. It's impossible to convey the loss of her leaving us but her great faith in God will see her through to a heavenly place and a peace for eternity that is well deserved. Family and friends may call at the RUTLAND-CORWIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 2670 Main St., Newfane, NY, on Sunday, 4-7 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Brendan on the Lake, Ewings Rd., on Monday, at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers, please send donations in her name to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation (JDRF). So Many Awesome memories with MB.. from the VA to girls weekends and So many in between.. My Heart goes out to Jeff.. Dylan and Taylor and their families.. and to her huge family and many friends.. Keeping her in my thoughts and prayers .. I Love You always and forever MB.. RIP my friend
