BUCKLAEW - Mearle L. Unexpectedly, September 23, 2016, age 83, beloved husband of 58 years to Doreen L. (nee Metke) Bucklaew; devoted father of Michael (Sarah) Bucklaew, Diana (Fred) Hazzan and the late Jacqueline Bucklaew; loving grandfather of seven grandchildren; dear brother of Coral Congilosi and Donna (Jack) Jarvis; also survived by nieces and nephews. No prior visitation. Family and friends are invited on Saturday to attend a Memorial Service at Faith United Church of Christ, 1300 Maple Road, Williamsville, NY 14221 at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made in Mearle's memory to Faith United Church of Christ. Mr. Bucklaew was a proud United States Army veteran and retired from IBEW Local #41.
