Michael Hottum Obituary

Unexpectedly, November 3, 2025, age 40; beloved son of Ronald A. and Sharon; loving brother of David; adored grandson of MaryAnn Hottum and the late Ronald C. Hottum, Edmund and Sophie Soltysiak; nephew of Sandra and Robert Goodmonte, Daniel Hottum, Robert Soltysiak, and Maria Gallagher. Survived by 5 cousins and their families; as well as his canine babies Boomer and Jack. Michael passed while serving his country, where he spent the last 20 years of his life in the U.S. Navy. In his years of service, he lived in several states and served as AD1 in several different commands, with deployments on aircraft carriers and one destroyer. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Martha's Parish, 10 French Rd. Depew, on Saturday January 10th, at 10 a.m. Flowers gratefully declined, but memorials in Michael's name to the Erie County SPCA are appreciated. Share condolences at www.PACERFUNERALHOME.com.
