Beloved son of Lynne (Richard) Wesner and Michael P. (June) Schaefer; Dear grandson of Katherine Kowalski; Dearest brother of Katherine Schaefer and Cassandra (Mark) Necovski; Loving uncle of Liam and Charles Schaefer-Trimble; Also survived by many caring aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Friends may call Monday 3-7PM at the REDDINGTON FUNERAL HOME, 3855 Seneca St., West Seneca, NY (Same as Hoy Funeral Home). Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday at Our Lady of Charity Parrish-St. Ambrose Worship Site at 9:30 AM. Mike was a proud graduate of St. Francis High School and Bowling Green State University. Flowers are gratefully declined. Memorial Tributes may be made to SPCA serving Erie County and/or SABAH.

I´m very sorry for your loss. As a member of our TDP class Mike had a way of always brightening up our days, and conversations, he will be missed! I remember many mornings traveling on the train to work talking to him, he was always excited to work, and always put a smile on our faces! Rip Mike, sending my deepest condolences.
