SULLIVAN - Michael T. Jr. November 30, 2014, of Amherst, NY, beloved husband of 58 years to Wanda (nee Weiksnar); dearest father of Mary (James Halter), Anne (Andrew) Forrestel, Michael III, Mark (Jennifer), John (Mercy) and James (Noemi); cherished grandfather of Andrew, John and Patrick Forrestel, Julie, Holly, Valerie, Veronica and Rebecca Sullivan, and Eva and Annette Bjork; brother of the late Joseph (late Shirley) and late Francis (Catherine); survived by many nieces and nephews. The family will be present to receive relatives and friends Thursday and Friday from 3-8 PM at the DANIEL R. SMOLAREK FUNERAL HOME, 2510 Union Rd., Cheektowaga (2 blocks south of William St.). A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday at 9:30 AM in St. Benedict RC Church, 1317 Eggert Rd., Amherst. Please assemble at church. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to St. Patrick's Friary, 102 Seymour St., Buffalo, NY 14210, Hospice Buffalo, 225 Como Park Blvd., Cheektowaga, NY 14227 or to the charity of your choice.
