I grew up with the Benderson Family. I was encouraged to do my best & be my best. And thanks to Nate & Ron, I accomplished what I set out to do! Everyone except Nate & Ron, said it couldn't be done! Nate & Ron said I could do it & I did! Nate showed me courage against all odds & the fight to succeed! My heartfelt condolences to the entire Benderson family. Mary Ann Allen

We have lost a great man; a great teacher. Randy said he had the ability to take complex issues and make them easy for others to understand. Two things kept me working for Mr. B for almost 30 years that he valued and preached: work hard and think. Simple, but not always easy. I will miss him tremendously. Mary Jo and I send our thoughts and prayers out to all who loved Nate.

Our most sincerest condolences go out to the Benderson family. I'm lucky enough to work with the family, but saddened that I never had a chance to meet Nate. I've heard many wonderful stories of how Mr.Benderson touched people's lives for the greater good. Nate will be missed.

I met Mr Benderson by chance a few years ago. He gave me an opportunity which changed my life. Last time I saw him he just came to see me for a coffee and a chat. He was a beautiful man, our prayers

I am so sorry for your great loss for indeed Nathan Benderson was a Real Estate genius and one of my biggest mistakes was not taking a deal he offered me on a property . If only I could turn back the clock and say YES to his offer to give me a property to operate I would , but I missed the boat ; Nathan would never have made the mistake I made ; he always knew a good deal and took it . I always admired his business savvy ; he could have given Donald Trump a run for his money had he operated in NYC instead of Upstate NY . They just dont make them like him anymore ; a true Icon !

Nate Benderson's effect to the real estate business is what Lee Iacocca was to the auto industry, what Don King has been to boxing, and what Ralph Lauren has been to the world of fashion. A few years ago I sat next to a New York City based attorney at a black tie affair in Manhattan,and upon hearing I was from Buffalo he said "No,you mean Bendersonville" I replied "Yes it is" very proudly. May we never forget what Nate Benderson has done for the community in business,his advice to the young and enterprising,and his very charitable ways. Nate Benderson,was truly an Iconic figure.

On behalf of my mother, Auntie Anne sends her sympathies to the family. She recalls" how much fun the "group" had in the earlier years, night club dancing,family parties,celebrations, traveling .. the list of memories is endless....and how sympathetic, supportive and generous Sonny always was during our family trials and tribulations."
Mom adds that "Gail, David and I were so lucky to have "uncle Sonny" in our lives.'

I was very sad to learn Nate died. He was a friend of the entire Freedman family. When I was with Nate I knew I was with a man of greatness. He was also a man of wisdom who was extremely charitable. My sympathy is extended to his family, friends and all who loved him.
