Olivia passed away when I was eight years old, and I sang at her benefit to honor her. I have her pink stuffed animal dog, Frankie that my mom bought her at the hospital in Boston when she traveled with her to receive treatment, and he is super super special to me! I told her parents that I wanted Olivia to be my guardian angel, and I feel very strongly that she is. I also said when she passed that my first daughter would be named Olivia so that she is a strong, independent, fighter just like Olivia was. I love and miss her and hope she is well.

I just found out today about the loss to our world. Olivia's spirit was/ is an inspiration to us all. She loved life and life loved her. Her gift of love and faith is transcendent. Thank you, Olivia, you graceful woman, for gracing our paths.

Just wanted to express my deepest sympathies to Olivia's family and friends. I saw the news story covering the benefit held on Sunday and am greatly saddened by this news. I knew Olivia as an acquaintence at the southtowns BAC and also at a few of the local race events. She enjoyed running and I know it made her happy to have completed the Buffalo Marathon this past year. The last time I saw her was at the Race For the Cure in June. I am sorry to say I did not know she was sick but I know I will miss her.

To Olivia's Family, Olivia and I were friends in high school. I graduated a year after her from Silver Creek. We use to ride the same bus to school. She was always so cheery and friendly. My condolences go out to your family. The world has lost a piece of sunshine. -Samantha (Baldwin) Telschow (Mesa, AZ)

To Olivia's Family.

I met Olivia briefly when she came to my house in Brunswick (near Albany)last summer with my daughter Kelli for whom she worked with at Sliver Creek. I want you to know that she was the most pleasant young lady and a pleasure to be around. Please except my deepest condolences. She will be in my prayers daily.

Olivia was a bright spot in my time at Royhart. Lisa, Olivia, and I were hired the same year and immediately formed a bond. I have many fond memories of her. I take heart that she found her place and happiness with her family and friends in Orchard Park and Silver Creek. I will miss her, but I will always carry her memory in my heart.

I wish to send the Coia family my most sincere condolences on the passing of Olivia. I'm sure she was a wonderful woman. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you today as you reach down and find strength in our Lord as He is now watching over her as much as she is looking down as a Guardian Angel and watching over all of us.
