Michelle and Peggy,
Saddened at the news of your loss yet I trust that you can find hope in the evident goodness that your grandfather/father has brought to this world. Obviously a man strong in his convictions and stronger still in his faith has left an indelible mark not only on your lives but on the many whose lives he influenced. Please accept our sympathies and know that you are in our prayers.

To the whole O'Hanrahan clan,
My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. The love ones who pass are the lucky ones-they are with the Lord. Please take comfort in the fact many, many people have you in their prayers as you travel forward. The funeral service was a beautiful tribute to your husband,father,father-in-law, grandfather and great grandfather.
May you all find comfort in the Lord.

Dear Joan and family; What a great loss. I first met PAT in 1969 at our St. Pats dance. He welcomed me into the H.N.S. and I knew this was the place to be. What a great guy.... I can image him leading the march in heaven on 3/17 forever. My prayers are with you and Pat.

We have lived in St. Amelia's for almost 44 years. I have known Pat for about 41 of those years. I have never known a finer man. His devotion to his family, his church, the Holy Name Society, St.Patrick and to everyone that he met, cannot be replaced. Surely, heaven is a nicer place today.

May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind always be at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
and rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand.

Mrs. O'Hanrahan, Theresa and Family,
So sorry for the loss of your beloved husband and father. I've only been in this neighborhood a short while and didn't really see much of Mr. O'Hanrahan but when I did, he was always with his wife and always so pleasant and would talk to me as if I new him for many years. I would see the family gather quite often for holidays and special events. I could feel the love in your family every time I would see the grandchildren and great grandchildren assemble on the front lawn. Those special moments always made me wish I was home with my family. You truly are blessed to have such a wonderful, loving family. You are all in my thoughts and prayers and I pray for God to bless you and embrace you in this time of sorrow.
As always,
Carol Steverson

To the O'Hanrahan Family - especially Kathy Burger: I was saddened to hear of the passing of Pat. Working with him at Sacred Heart was a joy. He was a kind, considerate, professional but above all a very religious man. If he was hurt and in pain - you never knew it. I am truly blessed to have known him. Judy, Bowmanville

Joan & Family,
Our prayers and thoughts are with you as you mourn the loss of your husband, father, grandfather. As the family across the street, we have fond memories of "Mr. O'Hanrahan" and appreciated all he did for us during our growing up years. Neighbors like that are hard to come by today. God bless and may you find much comfort in the memories and legacy he left behind.
