Mr.Wells is the best teacher ever and I am sorry that he is not with us any more. I will miss him very much. And I am sorry his family have to go through this. He was my favorite first guy teacher.

I worked with Pat at Falk and also at Southside. I number him among the best teachers I have ever worked with. Any time I passed by his classroom he was standing and teaching with everything he had. His students and the staff loved him and he will be sorely missed. My thoughts and prayers are with all of his family.

It's hard to believe that one of South Buffalo's best could be taken so young. Funny how you make friends and then go seperate ways, yet when we got together after 20 yeas it seemed like a week. He had a zest for laughter...

Rip mr wells. I just told my daughter whos 9 she sd i really liked him he always gave us candy, and if u were feeling down or like u were going to fail a test he would give u confidence. He was always funny.

Patrick was a very excellent teacher! Had the pleasure to work with him as his Assistant Principal at West Hertel. I fondly recall making frequent visits to his classroom just to take joy in observing the level of engagement he had with his students. The Buffalo Public Schools have lost a great one!

Mr. Wells was an amazing teacher. He taught my youngest son and I credit him for why Alex has such a longing to learn. I hope he knows that. I am saddened to hear about Pat passing away. South Buffalo lost a good guy and we lost a member of the St Tommy's family. I will always remember those times with Pat, Quinny, Scanz,Drumm, Griffs and the whole crew. Pat also taught my daughter at South Side. He will be missed by many. I am so sorry to hear of Patrick's passing. I met Patrick in college and he was my first love. That was many years ago, but to this day I think of him fondly and cherish my memories of him. I wish his family peace and love during their time of grief. His mom sent me a card when my grandmother died that said "God gave us memories so we may have roses in December."
