Of West Seneca, NY. Wife of the late Richard J.; cherished mom of Nancy J., the late Rick (Nancy L.) and Janice A. (Dave) Kilijanski; beloved grandma of David (Lindsay) and Jason (Christina) Kilijanski, Ricky (Stephanie) and Chris (Laura); great-grandma "GiGi" of Leo, Julia and Landon Kilijanski, Mackenzie, Hudson, Liam and Madison Albano; sister of the late Anthony (Charlene) Gretzmier; survived by nieces and nephews. Pauline worked as a registered nurse at St. Joseph's Hospital for many years. A Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, 11 AM at Fourteen Holy Helpers Church, 1345 Indian Church Rd., West Seneca. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Hospice Buffalo. Online condolences may be shared at www.hoyfuneralhome.com.

I had the great pleasure to work with your mom at St.Joe's back in the day. She,was the most caring and thoughtful woman and part of a great group f nurses who all mentored me. Pauline all found a way to track me down when it was reunion time. I think of her often with great respect and admiration. God Bless.
