My deepest condolences to the Jantzi family.
I was fortunate to have had Peter as a teacher at Orchard Park. I also spent several enjoyable years working at the rink. Thanksgiving Day skates continue to be a fond memory.

I had many coaches in several sports, both high school (OPHS) and college. I have always said that the best coach, among some very good ones, was Pete Jantzi. That year our JV team was unscored upon until the last game of the season, when we gave up one touchdown.
More importantly, he made every practice fun and was able to make all of us better players and better people.

I will always treasure our friendship and cherish ou trip together to Scotland in 2015 to celebrate Pete's 80th birthday. Peter was a special person in so many ways: kind, generous, loving, wise, athletic and had a great sense of humor. I will miss him very much. May he Rest In Peace.
