Dear Bob,
You don't know me. And Ray may not have remembered me. And although no words were ever exchanged between us about it (as I didn't even completely understand at the time), Ray was the first, and maybe only, adult in my life who saw the ways this young bi child was suffering.
I came searching to reach out to him and thank him. I'm heartbroken I waited too long.
Thank you Mr. Keiser, for seeing me and my heart.

52 years ago Ray Kaiser was our 6th grade teacher @ Windermere Elementary - he was always an energetic spirited man who always put his kids first !! He made each and every one of us feel special+gifted+important!
Parent teacher conference nights were more like Ray just sharing his class with the parents - lauding each of our special qualities and talents. - - - Peace Ray - K6 will miss you - as will both your family & Eggertsville community.

I had Mr. Kaiser for my teacher at Windermere back in the 70's. He was one of my absolute favorites! I remember my mom had him over for dinner too. Great teacher & man
