Husband of the late Gloria Licht Taggart, step father of Howard (Emma) Licht, David (Debra Abbott) Licht, Nancy Velte, Karen (Chris) Prenatt and Christine (Ted) Jarzynski, grandfather of Bethany (Roberto) Montero, Holly (Scott) Stone, Abigail Licht, Ryan (Stephanie) Abbott, Andrea (Cory) Grogg, Jason (Amy) Conrad, Paul Conrad, Rick (Krystel) Barry, Nicole (Josh) Fair, Brittany (Tyler) Sterba, Christen (Alex) Weatherwax, Victoria (Alexander) Murphy, Aerianna S. (Brandan) Curtis, Seth A. Jarzynski, great grandfather of Marielle, Estelle, August, Kara, Evan, Liam, Henry, Riley, Darin, Marley, Ella, Elliott, Myla, Emberlee, Sadie, Skyler, Harvey and Adelynn. Bart was a US Navy Veteran. A Memorial Service will be conducted Saturday, October 25, 2025, at 2 PM at JOHN O. ROTH FUNERAL HOME, INC., 25 William St. (between Morgan & William Sts.), City of Tonawanda. Everyone is welcome to attend.
