Richard DIMITROFF Obituary
Lost his battle with Covid-19 on January 5, 2021 at the age of 71. Beloved husband of 49 years to Cynthia (nee Hunter) Dimitroff; devoted father of Richard C., Daniel H., and Brian N. (Elora); loving grandfather of Nicholas R.; dear brother of Chester (Joyce), James (Donna), and John (Carol) and predeceased by Wanda (late John) Carney and Helen Dimitroff; dearest son of the late Charles and Sophie Dimitroff; also survived by many cherished nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life and Interment in the Western New York National Cemetery will be held at a later date. Richard was a retired Railroad Engineer for Penn Central, Conrail, and CSX. He was an Army Veteran who proudly served his Country during the Vietnam War and was a Purple Heart and Bronze Star Medal recipient. He was also a dedicated volunteer with the Pathfinders Vets 4 Vets at the Buffalo VA Medical Center. Flowers gratefully declined. Arrangements by (Orchard Park Chapel) AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, INC.
