PIOTROWSKI - Richard L. September 14, 2010 at the age of 89, of Cheektowaga, NY. Beloved husband of 65 years to Alice Dee Piotrowski; dearest father of Sharon (Patrick) Houlahan, Denise Mongielo and the late Scott Piotrowski; dear grandfather of Ryan, Eric (Kara) Houlahan, Kristy (Dennis) Schollard, Lindsay (Eric) Jaremka, Christopher, Justin Mongielo and great-grandfather of Jaelin and Brady. No prior visitation. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, September 23, 2010 in Queen of Martyrs Church, 180 George Urban Blvd. at 11:00 AM. Mr. Piotrowski was a Marine Corps veteran of WW II, member of Pvt. Leonard Post V.F.W. Post #6251, Military Order of the Purple Heart and was Co-owner of Ray's Cafe for many years until his retirement in 1986. Arrangements by MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME.
