CLARK - Rita C. (nee Huber)
Of Elma, NY, May 5, 2022, age 87, died from complications of dementia. She leaves behind her beloved husband of 38 years, Daniel Clark; loving mother of Irv (Julie) Karwick, David Karwick, Paul Clark, Lary Clark, Becky (Kurt) Almond, Mary (late Gary) Brown and Lori (Edward) Cosgrove; grandmother of 18 and great-grandmother of five; sister of Ellen (Ray) Fassel and the late Florence Feeney; also survived by many nieces and nephews and dear friends. Family will receive relatives and friends at the WENDEL & LOECHER INC., FUNERAL HOME, 27 Aurora St., Lancaster, Saturday from 1-5 PM, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary of the Assumption R.C. Church, Lancaster, Monday morning at 10:30 AM. Please assemble at church. Rita was the matriarch of the family and will be greatly missed. Every child was blessed with a hand-made quilt; each very small square stitched carefully in place to demonstrate her deep love. She welcomed all into her home and life with a quick wit and a generous spirit. She leaves behind many friends in WNY and North Palm Beach, where she spent many winters. She will be greatly missed. Rita was a dear friend who worked with me at Moog Inc. Dan her husband was also a friend. I would have come to convey my condolences in person to not only Dan but also Becky. but unfortunately, my wife is ill and i cannot leave alone. May God bless Rita and those who loved her.
