as a National Fuel employee hired in Erie and transferred to Buffalo, I had personal issues back in Erie. My
attempts to return to Erie was not a popular corporate policy. I worked for and with Roger for years.
I asked if I could return to Erie for these personal reasons. Unlike many other Executives, Roger was a true understanding Upper Management
person. He made the move possible and comfortable. For that i love him and hold him true to my heart
God bless you Roger.

Roger was a true leader. He knew how to bring out the best in people. Roger encouraged me to get my insurance license - to keep learning and growing. And when I outgrew the position he hired me for, he gave me his blessing to move onward and upward. Yes, a true leader-and a great sense of humor too. My deepest condolences to Sheila and the family. Rest in peace, Roger.

Uncle Rog,
You were humble, proud, and a man of many accomplishments. Your honesty and work ethic was remarkable. If only the generations current and to come, could mimic you, our Nation and World would be a much better place.
So many people are not even aware of the number of lives you touched. Your commitment to many organizations, the community, National Fuel and most of all your family. I am truly grateful to have been able to call you my Uncle. I looked up to you and valued you. Thank you for all the memories, laughs and hours of golf.
Must of all thank you for AWAYS being there!
Love and Hugs,
Cherie

Roger hired me at National Fuel. He was by far the best boss I´ve ever had. Roger encouraged me to continue in my career and promoted me. Roger was my mentor and a true friend. I am so sorry for Sheila and his whole family.

Roger was my boss at NFG. I couldn't ask for a better, more fair, honest man to work for. He was a mentor as much as a boss. A Christian man who is now with his Lord.
