Ronald JANKOWSKI Obituary
January 31, 2021. Beloved husband of the late Lorraine (nee Piusienski); dear father of Linda (Richard) Lillis, Sandra (Michael) Szykowny, and the late Cheryl A. Christopherson; loving grandfather of Kayla, Justin, Connor, Cailin, Andrew, Taylor, Samantha, Jillian, and great-grandson, Maddox. Ron attended SUNY Buffalo and was a veteran of the US Army. He was a Design Engineer and retired from the Buffalo Forge Co. in 1996. He was an avid baseball fan and loved to fish. Ron was also a founding member of the Lancaster/Depew Ponytails Girls Softball League and a local little league umpire. Private services and Christian burial were held with his immediate family. My heart is completely shattered and I miss you so. You are the very best father any girl could ever ask for. All the things that you have taught me and all the memories we have shared I shall hold dear to my heart forever. In later yrs we truly were such buddies. It seemed to be just YOU AND I, together on our little adventures.
When tomorrow came and I was without you, I prayed it was not true...that you did not leave me, but the air just felt different without you..without our PAPA !
I SHALL HOLD YOU CLOSE IN MEMORY AND WILL NEVER LET ANYONE FORGET THE MAN YOU WERE...the kindness, the warmth, the smile of you !!!!
Kiss my momma and my Cheryl...
Hold them close and forever know my heart will never be the same without you.....ALL OF YOU ! May the 3 of you soar amongst the clouds and stars and know how absolutely LOVED AND CHERISHED you are.

I have so many great memories. You spoiled me so, getting me my Tippy dog,my pacifier on the Christmas tree and as I got a little older helped me with softball. You were my favorite uncle. I will miss you. I love you. My heart is broken but I know you are where you want to be, with auntie Laurie. Give here a kiss from me.
