Rose Budziszewski Obituary

Budziszewski, Rose Marie (nee Batog)

Feb 19, 1944 - Nov 22, 2024

Of Darien, NY peacefully passed in her home surrounded by loved ones. Rose married her high-school sweetheart Eugene, and they recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary. Loving mother of Laurie (Mark) Weber, Lynn (Dan) Snyder, Kevin (Jennifer) and Matthew (Teresa). Loving grandmother of ten grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Loving sister of Connie (Richard) Maue. Originally from Buffalo, Rose enjoyed her quiet in the country, raising her family, planting flowers and watching the hummingbirds. After retiring from St. Joseph's Hospital, where she worked for 25 years, she took great joy in cooking and having her family over for frequent gatherings. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2024 from 3-7pm at The Dietrich Funeral Home Inc., 2480 Kensington Ave., Amherst, NY 14226. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, Nov. 27, at 10am at Church of the Annunciation, 7850 Clinton St. Elma, NY 14059. Please assemble at church.
