Beloved wife of the late Theodore Hibbard. Loving sister of Marjorie (Richard) Waite, Cathy (Joseph) Tuminno, Thomas Flagella & James (Jennifer) Flagella. Survived by nieces and nephews. Rosemary attended Cassadaga Valley Central High School, then upon graduation in 1961 attended Geneseo State University, graduating in June of 1964 with a bachelor's in education and then a Master's in Library Science. She spent her professional career working as a Librarian for the Niagara Falls School District. She was an avid reader, and many memories of her reading to younger siblings are still vivid today. She also enjoyed bowling and stamp collecting in her retirement years. Friends and family may call on Monday, November 10, 2025, 10am - 11am at the Dietrich Funeral Home, Inc, 2480 Kensington Ave., Amherst, N.Y. 14226 where a funeral service will be held on Monday, November 10, 2025 at 11am. Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorials may be sent to the National Federation of the Blind New York. Online condolences may be placed at https://www.TheDietrichFuneralHome.com
