ORTEL - Roy C. Of Irving, NY, September 29, 2016; beloved husband of 40 years to Juanita Ortel and the late Pauline Ortel; loving father of Keith (Diane) Ortel, Arlene (William) Quay and the late Sandra (Daniel) Harroun; stepfather of Deborah (Lawrence) Franco; brother of Robert, Howard (Marion) Ortel, Eleanor (Neil) Hilliker, Jeanette (Bernard) Young, Carol Ann (Ronald) Feldman, (late Ruth) Donald Seefeldt, late Allen (Esther) Ortel and Esther Beyer; also survived by eight grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Friends may call Sunday from 4-8 PM at the ADDISON FUNERAL HOME, INC., 262 N. Main St., Angola, where services will be held Monday at 11 AM. Roy was a WWII Navy Veteran.
