Sally Erdley was born on Christmas Day in 1936, in Milledgeville, PA., to Bud and Ada Hill. Sally attended Nurses Training when she was 18 at Meadville City Hospital. She married Bill Erdley in 1956 and settled in Eden, NY where they raised three children. Sally worked tirelessly for the late Dr. Arnold Abramo in Hamburg for nearly 20 years and was famous as every Southtown child's Nurse Sally. She then spent 10 years at Radiation Oncology Group in Hamburg, before retiring. She was a faithful and founding member of Wesleyan Church (Christian Fellowship) in North Collins. Sally always had kind words for everyone, no matter who they were. She was a dedicated Christian, settling at Elderwood Independent Living Facility in Wheatfield because they had an in-house church service. She was loved by her children, adored by her grandchildren, and always had a good strong hug for her beloved great-grandchildren. She is survived by her children Dr. William Scott (Kathleen) Erdley, Heather (Eric) Ohmit, and Melissa (Tripp) Rockwell, four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and a wealth of nieces, nephews and dear friends. She was predeceased by her husband Bill Erdley, her parents Milton and Ada Hill and her brother Richard Hill.
