Of Hamburg, NY, passed away on April 19, 2024. Beloved wife of the late Charles McHugh; devoted mother to Jessica (Nick) Hornberger, Maggie (Eric) Gigante, Kelly (Tom) Matecki, Sean McHugh, and the late Deborah Jones; cherished grandmother to several grandchildren; loving sister to Barbara (Mike) Opie and the late Deborah Click; also survived by her dedicated students. Sandra held a long and beloved career as an English teacher for many years. Loved her family, reading, crafts of all sorts, and fishing. Friends and family may visit Friday, April 26 from 4-7:30PM at Lakeside Memorial Funeral Home Inc. 4199 Lake Shore Road, Hamburg, NY 14075, where a funeral ceremony will be held following the visitation at 7:30.
