JAKSON - Stanislaw June 2, 2015 of Cheektowaga, NY.
Beloved husband of the late Anna J. (nee Szeglowski) Jakson; devoted father of Beata (Richard) Strek, Remy (Joanna), Andrew (Darlene), Gerald (Michele) and Kasia Jakson; dear grandfather of Joshua, Olivia, Paulina, Alex, Maegan Strek, Hanna Strek, Noah, Jacob, Jonathan, Joseph, Madeline and Justin Jakson; brother-in-law of Roman Szeglowski and family and Julian Szeglowski and family; uncle of Elizabeth Kolkiewicz and Elizabeth Adamusik also survived by family in Poland. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM and Friday 8:30 AM - 9:45 AM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Rd. (south of Como Park Blvd.) where prayers will be held Friday at 9:45 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. John Gualbert Church at 10:30 AM. Interment to follow in St. Stanislaus Cemetery.
