Stephan Brese Obituary

Of Palmetto, Florida, formerly of Orchard Park and Blasdell. Steve left us suddenly on January 6 at age 68.

Loving husband of 32 years to Robyn (Owens). Steve was pre-deceased by his parents Anthony and Laura (Michalski), brother Tony, sister-in-law Rilla Owens and in-laws Bill and Bonnie Owens. He is survived by brothers Stan (Paula), Jim (Maureen), Paul (Carole) sister Rosanne (Greg) Steinmetz, brother-in-law Steve (Susie), sister-in-law Renae, many beloved nieces and nephews and countless life-long loyal friends.

Steve graduated from St. Francis High School, retired from the Ford Plant and retired to his long-awaited paradise of sunny Florida.

Steve was the consummate athlete; played basketball and volleyball everywhere in WNY, tennis, running and biking. When health issues made this no longer possible, Steve became an avid swimmer, went to the gym and loved walks with his four-footed buddies Chloe and Sassy.

Steve's passions included cars, sunshine, and spending time with and keeping in touch with his loved ones. Steve was a man of integrity, principle, hard work, and made friends everywhere he went. He was a very special man who made the world a better place and he will be profoundly missed.

A celebration of Steve's life will be held at a later date.
