Age 70; passed away peacefully surrounded by family. Daughter of the late James F. Colangelo and Anna "Nunu" Colangelo. Beloved wife of Joseph I. Marino; loving mother of Deana (Todd) Lindbloom and Leah (Andrew) Bertini; cherished step-mother of Danielle Marino; adored Nani of Alexis, Marissa, Kylie, Audriana, Samantha and Kailyn; sister of Nicholas (Linda) Colangelo, Carla (Patrick) Ruffino and the late Jimmy Colangelo. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cherished friends. Susan was a long time employee of the City of Buffalo, where she retired as the Confidential Assistant to the City Comptroller. Family will be present on Sunday, November 23, 2025 from 4-7 PM at the (Amherst Chapel) AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 5200 Sheridan Dr. (at Hopkins Rd.). A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, November 24, 2025 at 10 AM at St. Pius X Church, 1700 N. French Rd., Getzville, NY. Please assemble at church. Flowers gratefully declined. Memorial contributions can be made in Susan's name to the Alzheimer's Association. Please share condolences at www.AMIGONE.com
