Suzanne Miesowicz Obituary

Her warmth, compassion, and unwavering devotion to those she loved will be remembered always. Suzanne's life was a testament to kindness and faith, and her legacy will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
A private memorial will be held to honor her life and the peace she brought to those around her.

Did you know that Sue was a model in her youth? Did you know that she was featured in a fashion show that we held at Galleria mall? She volunteered with a totally enthusiastic attitude and willingness to help- and I just knew her casually through her work friendship with my mom. Did you know Sue was exceptionally ahead of her time? She has an area at Calspan to reuse 3 /5 ring binders that were used for her department to save money and the planet too. I´m sure you know she had a flair for fashion.... But her down to earth nature and beauty made it seem so uncomplicated.
Did you know she was sentimental about an unusual item from her childhood? And wore it as a necklace? I´d smile whenever I saw her wearing it. She shared the story with me.
Sue´s sweetness towards her kitty was legendary. Signing holiday cards with a cute memo.... I remember my mom encouraging her to get a cuddly friend. I´m so glad she did.
I´m so glad that I got to be part of Sue´s friendship circle.
I´m so glad that Pauline ,my daughter Amanda, and I were able to help her out through Covid.
My only regret is not having pictures from the mall fashion show. She was in her glory. I´ll never forget that time with her.

I worked with Sue for many years at Calspan. She brought a cheerful disposition and dedication to the workplace along with wonderful stories of her beloved cats. Even after retirement I looked forward to her Christmas cards and holiday messages. My sincere condolences to her close family and friends.
