KWARCIAK - Theresa S. (nee Bugajski) October 1, 2016, of Buffalo, NY, beloved wife of the late Walter J. Kwarciak; dearest mother of Anne Marie Kwarciak and Joan (John) Leising; dear grandmother of Julia Leising; sister of Mary (late Henry) Urbanek, late Frances (late Raymond) Perry, late Olga S. Bugajski, late Joseph (late Louise) Bugajski, late Valentine (late Victoria) Bugajski, late Charlotte (late Peter) Mundis and the late Stephanie (late Alois) Wozniak; also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Tuesday from 3-8 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME, 85 George Urban Blvd. (west of Harlem Rd.) where Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 AM. Entombment St. Stanislaus Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.sliwinskifuneralhome.com
