Sorry for your loss, I just learned of Tom's passing and haven't seem him in a number of years... I worked with Tom over many Summers at Smallwood as a summer employee, he always made silly Dad jokes and was always a good working presence with his booming laugh, kind of like Santa, carrying around his room lists of what needed to be done and when, he'd roar down the hall and his keys would always jingle so we knew he was coming. He expected hard work and you didn't want to cross him, but he was always fair and had a good heart, gave us extended breaks, took us out to lunch on our last day, things like that... You knew he loved his family more than anything, especially his wife, I remember one time he introduced me to them and you could just tell he was so proud, just a well-centered person overall. He talked about Amy and Paulie all the time, his wife, and his grand-kids. I learned a lot from him, work ethic-wise and skills I still carry around today, and just generally an example of how to be a good man. I hope he's at peace, God bless him and his family...

We remember "Officer Beilman" from the days when our two children attended Amherst Schools years ago. We had the utmost respect for him and he helped our children develop a respect for the men in blue due to his early presence in the school and genuine caring attitude. Our sympathy to the wife and family of this fine officer and man.

I´m so sorry for your loss. I knew Tom from when he worked at the high school. He always seemed to have a smile on his face and always said hello to me. If he wasn´t too busy he would chat with me. I enjoyed those conversations. He was a good man. Again, my wife, Cindy, and I are very sorry and will keep your family in our prayers.
God bless.
