Beloved husband of Dolores (nee Guttuso) Sweeney. Loving father of Joseph, Robert (Andrea) and Colleen (Chris Brown) Sweeney. Loving grandfather of Alice Vivian Janes-Sweeney. Loving brother of James (Joanne) Sweeney and Mary Ann (Robin) Mills. Survived by many nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life was held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of gifts, donations may be made to The Parkinson's Foundation (parkinson.org). Online condolences may be placed at www.TheDietrichFuneralHome.com

I was so sorry to hear of Tom´s passing.
We worked together years ago at The Department of Social Services and I remember him very well.
Just last June a mutual friend from Social Services showed me a recent photo of Tom. I thought he looked pretty good
and was gladdened.
Both that friend and Tom died within less than a month of each other.
My prayers and thoughts are with Tom´s Family at this sad time.
