Timothy ROACH Obituary
December 5, 2021, of Hamburg, NY. Beloved husband of Christine (nee Demme) Roach; devoted father to Jeremy Roach, Nathan Roach, Marissa (Luke Dunkelberg) Roach, and the late Jonathan Roach; adored brother of Jane (Michael Gregoire) Roach, Christopher (Arlette) Roach, and the late Joseph and John Andrew Roach; dear son-in-law to Carol Demme and brother-in-law to Rosanne (Paul) Siskar, Maria Demme, and Michael (Debra) Demme; also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends. Predeceased as well by his parents John and Anna Roach, and father-in-law Vincent Demme. Friends received Wednesday 12/8 from 4-8 PM at LAKESIDE MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, INC. 4199 Lake Shore Road, Hamburg, NY 14075. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday 12/9 at 10AM at Saints Peter and Paul Church, 66 E. Main Street, Hamburg, NY 14075. Please assemble at church. Face masks or coverings are required during services. In lieu of flowers, please bring in a toy to the funeral home to donate for Operation Toy Soldier. To Chris and family, I want to express how very sorry I am for your loss. I first met Tim when we both worked in the bridge design group at NYSDOT. We soon became friends, and ate lunch together nearly everyday at work for the better part of three years (that's a lot of lunches). Our conversations covered everything; work, politics, sports, you name it, life in general. We supported and challenged one another, and I don't have to tell you, you couldn't have a better friend. Please accept my wife Michele's and my condolences, and know you are in our prayers.
