MALICKI - Walter S. July 27, 2014, of Cheektowaga, NY, beloved husband of the late Mildred (Grobelski) Malicki; dearest father of Diana M. (Michael H.) Skotarczak Sr.; loving grandfather of Michael H. (Laura) Skotarczak Jr. and the late Kim Marie Seifert; great-grandfather of Jordan, Teagan, Nathan and Catherine Skotarczak, Dariene Seifert; brother of Martha (late Edwin) Stachowiak, late Helen (late Peter) Machnica, late Edward (late Jean), late Francis (late Gertrude), late Thaddeus (June), late Bernard (Loretta); also survived by several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call at the BARRON-MILLER FUNERAL HOME INC., 3025 William St., near Union Rd., Cheektowaga, Wednesday 4-8 PM. Mass of Christian Burial Thursday at 10 AM in Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church, 3148 Abbott Rd., Orchard Park. Please assemble at church. Mr. Malicki was a U.S. Army WW-II veteran, a member of the Adam Plewacki Post No. 799.

Diana and Family, I am saddened to hear of the passing of your dear Dad. To me he was always "Walter next door" and he was always NICE. I never heard him utter an angry word. Cherish your memories. He will be missed on Alaska street.
