Age 90 of Cuba, NY and formerly of the City of Tonawanda. Husband of 42 yrs. to Betty J. (nee Clark) Oswald and husband of the late Barbara (nee Purdy) Oswald, father of Craig (Sue), Michael, Jeff (Tammy), Keith and Timothy Oswald and the late Brian Oswald, step-father of Lori (Gregg) Marin, Luann (Craig) Stenzel and Craig (Laura) Yager. Also many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Son of the late Charles J. Sr. and Ruth (nee Forphal) Oswald, brother of the late Charles Jr. (late Delores), LeRoy (living spouse Ethel) and Richard Oswald. Also many nieces and nephews. Wayne was a lifelong member of Gastown Sportsmens Club and was a US Army Veteran. He had been employed as a Welder for 48 years at Columbus McKinnon Chain and also employed at White Chapel Memorial Park Cemetery. Wayne was an avid outdoorsman who loved fishing and hunting. Funeral arrangements will be conducted privately with Wayne's family at Acacia Park Cemetery with military honors. Memories and condolences may be shared at www.ROTHFUNERAL.com.

My name is Debbie Dittmar. I was the Human Resource Mgr at CM. I worked with Wayne and loved working with him. Always a smile such a happy guy. His wife Betty is such a sweet person I´m so sorry
