In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, David Stern. A Memorial Mass will be held at 1:30 P.M., Thursday, January 12, 2017 in St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church, 12 N. Broad St. Waynesboro, with Rev. Augusty Valomchalil, M.S.S.C.C., officiating. To the family and friends of Mr. Carbone. Please accept my sincerest condolences of his passing. I began my MPDC career at 3-D., and returned there retiring in 1994, assigned to the 3-D Detectives. We had some lively conversations. Brothers in arms as Veterans and Police Officers.

We always remembered: " ALL GAVE SOME, SOME GAVE ALL."

Dear Janet , Terry and I are so sorry for your loss. I can remember your wedding day when we were all young and naive and how we joked how a dead battery lead to a trip to the altar and a life time of love. Our deepest condolences to you and Carmen Carol.
