Troy Pinon, 49, of Polk, Missouri, passed away on March 20, 2023, at his home.
Troy was born on April 15, 1973, to John and Evelyn Pinon in Wichita, Kansas.
After Troy graduated from Hillcrest High School in 1992, he went on to study Exercise Science at Drury University and Physical Therapy at Southwest Baptist University.
After attaining a graduate degree in Physical Therapy, Troy began working for Citizens Memorial Healthcare at the Hermitage Rehabilitation Clinic, where he spent 25 years providing excellent care to many members of the local community.
In 1994, Troy met his wife, Tisha, in Springfield, Missouri. Troy and Tisha were blessed to have four children: Taylor, Ty, Trent, and Tymber.
Troy and Tisha also worked together to build a home and farm, where Troy and his family have enjoyed hunting, fishing, and many other outdoor activities.
Troy also served as President of the Hickory County R-1 Board of Education. He enjoyed coaching youth football and baseball and attending his children's sporting events, at which he often provided care to student athletes.
Troy is survived by his parents, John and Evelyn Pinon; his wife, Tisha Pinon; their four children, Taylor, Ty, Trent, and Tymber Pinon; and his sister, Dawn Davis.
Troy's Celebration of Life will be held at Skyline High School Gym on April 1, 2023, at 11:00 a.m.
Due to the unexpected loss of Troy, in lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Troy Pinon Memorial Fund at OakStar Bank.
