Christine Marie Gordon, 53, of Bradley Street passed away, Monday, October 31, 2016 at the University of Vermont Medical Center Hospital in Burlington following a motor vehicle accident and long battle with scleroderma.

Christine was born May 8, 1963 in Syracuse, NY the daughter of Alan and Arlene Brunelle Francis. A resident of Milton for the last 30 years, Christine loved being outdoors working in her gardens or going to camp in Chelsea. An excellent cook who loved to bake, keeping everyone within her arm span well fed. She embraced her title of grandmother to her ten month old grandson Bryce with such love and passion. She had worked for the Munson Earth Moving Company for the last twenty one years at a job that she enjoyed. She was always willing to lend a helping hand to others, and will be truly missed.

She is survived by her loving family, her longtime partner, Kevin Carty of Colchester. Her two sons, Chad Gordon and his wife, Chrissy of Milton and Kevin Gordon also of Milton. Her grandson Bryce of Milton and her four brothers, Jim Francis and Donna of Essex; Pat Francis and Heather of Johnson; Steve Francis and his wife, Heidi of Milton and Scott Francis and his wife, Nicole of Wisconsin as well as her extended family and friends. She was predeceased by her mother, Arlene on November 8, 2015.

Christine's family wishes to thank Dr. Yolanda Mageto, and Dr. Christy Jones for the kind and compassionate care provided their mother during her illness. We appreciate the time you were able to help create with her.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, November 4, 2016 at 11 am in the Minor Funeral Home, Route 7 in Milton. Burial will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family. A luncheon will follow the ceremony, directions to follow.

Visiting hours will held on Thursday November 3rd from 4 to 8 pm in the funeral home.

In Lieu of flowers, the family asks you make a small donation to keep the fight going in finding a cure for scleroderma. Donations can be made online through scleroderma.org.
