Fairfax - David J. Byers, 60, died Wed. Nov. 13, 2019 at the NWMC in St. Albans following a courageous battle with cancer.
Visiting hours will be held on Sat. Nov. 16, 2019, from 1-4 pm at the Minor Funeral Home in Milton.
