Dear Doug, Cece and all of Frank's family -
So very sorry and very sad to hear about Frank - so many fun good memories of hanging out with your brother at EJHS. Frank was a sweet fun guy - kept us on our toes with his humor - I could go on Doug. Our daughter Shelby met your niece Cece at Johnson State College and are still the very best of friends. I did not realize the Simms connection until one day she mentioned that her Dad went to Essex. I was blown away and of course told her a few of the stories I had about her Dad, your brother, my friend. Talk about coincidence. I did see Frank several years ago when he came to pick Cece up from our home in VT - it's like we were back at high school - his sense of humor - we shared a few stories. So cool.
I hope good memories of great times help comfort you all through this very difficult time. Definitely gone too soon - Frank had some more stories to tell! Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

On behalf of Fab-Tech, we are deeply saddened by Frank's passing. Under Frank's leadership Advanced Machine became a critical stakeholder. Countless times, Frank made special effort to machine and deliver critically needed parts. Thank you, Frank.
On a personal level, I will miss you, my friend. Rest in Peace.
