Linda L. Devoe, 76, born July 14, 1941, and died peacefully on August 5, 2017.
She leaves her children: Joe and wife, Anne, Nanette and husband, Howie and Laurette; grandchildren: Ben, Brian, David, Elisa, Lisa, Lynnae, Mark, Molly and Nicole; great grandchildren: Aiden, Akhayla, Ayden, Bryce, Brielle, Cerridwen, Charlotte, Jacob, Reiley and Tucker and her brother, Arnie and wife, Brenda.
A daughter, Annette, died in May, 2016.
A Memorial Service is scheduled for 10 a.m. on this Thursday, Aug. 10, at Vibrant Church, (formally Community Bible Church), 2025 Williston Rd., So. Burlington, VT, with reception to follow. All are welcome.

Linda was a good friend of mine, and was also one of my fellow tenants at Champlain Apartments in Burlington, Vermont. She was very active in organising and participating in community events in our building and we will all miss her. She was a lovely woman.

Nanette and family, I send my most sincere condolences to your family. Your Mom and I shared wonderful conversations, tasty lunchs, and some truly funny moments over the last 2 1/2 years. She spoke of all of you to me with heartfelt love and I know she treasured each and every one of you.
